Born & raised in Perú (based in Mallorca), is the chef who is behind this project, where his experience building farms & restaurants on the Mediterranean coast, makes this idea come to live, the close approached with farmers, wine makers, ceramicist, fish mongers, made this concept the perfect meet point where you can have one of the most exclusive & intimate experience to know better the island, from the land to the table.
